Does the GF02 dog collar fence system allow two dogs ?

Yes, the GF02 dog collar fence system can support multiple dogs. It utilizes GPS technology to determine the dog's location and deliver a correction (beep, vibration, or stimulation) when approaching the boundary. Each dog requires its own GF02 collar, and the system can accommodate an unlimited number of collars.

Does this app support multiple collars? I have four dogs.

No.it can actively control only one collar at a time.

Should the prongs silicon covers be on or off when in use?

The silicone covers for the prongs of a GPS dog fence collar should generally be kept on when the collar is in use.

This is because the covers serve several important purposes:

• Comfort: The silicone covers provide a soft, smooth surface that is more comfortable against the dog's skin, especially for dogs with sensitive skin or long hair. The metal prongs can be sharp and cause irritation if left exposed.

• Protection: The covers help to protect the dog's skin from potential damage caused by the prongs. This is especially important if the collar is worn for extended periods of time.

What is the maximum number of dogs this system can support? And if we bought two systems, would they work on the same boundary for both collars?

The GF02 GPS dog collar fence system doesn't have an inherent limit on the number of dogs it can support. This is because each collar operates independently, utilizing GPS technology to determine its location.

Yes ,it can work on the same boundary,but you have to set the boundary one by one .

Is that the power button on the front of device?

Yes.

How long do batteries last?

GF02 can be used for 3 to 5 days. GF02 Plus battery is larger 33% than GF02.

Can you set up boundaries in different locations?

GF02 can have 2 type fence saved in its memory at any one time. This is a total portable solution so if you take the collar to another location, it very easy you just connect your collar to the Phone APP via Bluetooth (Short Range) when your phone is close to your collar and you use Google Maps within the APP to remove the current fence and setup/download a new fence in any location as you need.

Does the Phone need to be connected for the collar to work ?

No. Only to set it up and using the training mode.

Does your phone have to be close by for this to work? Will it still work if I am not home?

GF02 Collar works on its own without your phone being close. You Only use your phone when you are close to the collar for fence setup and to download your fence to the collar and for testing when your phone and your collar are close as it uses short range Bluetooth. Once you are happy with the setup and test, collar works on its own and your phone/APP do not need to be connected. Please note this is not an online tracking collar so when you are not with your dog, you won’t be able to track your dog. Once Dogs are trained this collar will work on its own automatically to keep your dog/s contained.
